A Place Called Hope Community Services Inc is a start-up Arizona Non-Profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt Services agency. Originally founded in 2002 under the name, A Place Called Hope. Phil and Vivian have a passion to help keep hope alive in individuals and families. They founded a community church with significant social outreach to at-risk families. In 2002 they established two community-based residential behavioral health centers with a focus on adjudicated youth ages 11 - 18.
A Place Called Hope Community Services Inc works in collaboration with other community partners and stakeholders to serve the greater Phoenix community with a full array of community services.
Vivian, Phil, and the team continue to take A Place Called Hope to new heights in providing community services including community referral and direct assistance. Individuals facing homelessness (evections/foreclosure), homeless housing for veterans (Opening in 4th quarter 2023), Disaster Relief Rapid Response Teams (working wth FEMA), homeless encampment cleanup, emergency meals, and other human services.
